Don Pritchard was certified both as an Executive Chef by The American Culinary Federation and Certified Food and Beverage Executive by the Hotel Motel Association.
During his career, Don has been employed by some of the most recognized leaders within the food service industry which included Caesars Palace, Anheuser Busch, Bally's Hotels, AT&T and the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.
Don also served as the Director of Food Services for the Olympic Winter Games held in Salt Lake City, Utah.
